Ravindra Jadeja Shines: IPL Form, Test Record & Farm Life

Ravindra Jadeja, the all-rounder with the franchise Chennai Super Kings and the national team of India, has grabbed headlines for both his professional and personal matters during the IPL 2025 season. Due to the military conflict between India and Pakistan, the IPL was temporarily halted, and solely during this time, he relaxed at his farmhouse and did some horse riding, which is his passion. Jadeja posted a video on Instagram confirming he enjoyed horse riding after a long hiatus.

Jadeja’s above achievement is despite Chennai Super Kings struggling this season and currently sitting at the bottom of the IPL table with only three wins from 12 matches. India has been one of the team’s few positives. He has scored 279 runs at a strike rate of 140.20 and taken eight wickets. In the IPL 2025 season, Super Kings lion’s share received continues to be off from his impressive IPL all-round show.

Not long ago, Jadeja grabbed attention after reaching an astounding milestone of over 1,150 days as the all-rounder number one in ICC Test rankings. His social media post about this accolade led to conversations surrounding his career in test cricket, particularly with the possibilities opening up after the Indian captaincy was vacated due to Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli’s retirements. Jadeja becomes one of the primary candidates for the position while the fans await the official announcement with bated breath.

As the IPL season resumes, CSK squad members, along with Jadeja, are looking forward to their next match against the Rajasthan Royals on May 21 in Delhi.
